F.D.N.Y. is a reality WebTV series that highlights different units within the Fire Department of New York. The motivation is to shed light on — and inform the public about — day-to-life inside the Department.

Currently Produced by Mitch Gilbert and Directed by Chris Marston, we generally embed ourselves in the Unit or Company we're profiling. From field and archived footage, we then put together a 6-8 minute profile that's available online and via iTunes as a video Podcast.

To create the opening motion graphics, Mitch and Drew Ravani spent time going through the Fort Totten photo archive. The images are from the 1880's to the present day. Stephen Dirkes composed the music and Drew pulled it all together.
