If you have an upcoming event and would like to work together, contact us.
We’ll generally walk you through a strategy that includes some or all of the following.
Create video programming before the conference so that organizers have more engaging marketing collateral to sent to potential attendees than just another email blast urging people to “register now.” Such video programming generally includes conference speakers in roundtable discussions and aim to demonstrate the quality and caliber of the upcoming conference.
Pre-conference videos can be live Webcasts, released “on-demand,” or a combination of the two.
Single camera, multiple cameras. One track, all tracks. Keynotes only. We film and edit sessions to help you develop a growing content library. Sessions can be edited to an essential 10-15 minutes, in full, or both. They can also be Webcast live for those unable to attend in person.
Given enough lead-time, ScribeLabs goes on-location to create compelling documentaries surrounding central topics and themes. These are then premiered at the conference and released online afterwards for the benefit of people who didn’t make it in person.
Event organizers do tremendous logistical work bringing together thought leaders and experts. ScribeLabs can interview these people and then package short, 5-10 minute, interwoven interviews about common themes and topics that grow brand identity and generate tremendous interest for future events.
After an event, ScribeLabs can help target audiences and syndicate the content far and wide as a brand building endeavor for the event organizer. If your goal is to sell conference content via pay-per-view or subscription models, we have software that enables you to do that as well.
Contact us if you’d like to discuss strategies and solutions for your event.
While we understand that they’re often a few days during the year, we like to think we can help you before, during and long after your audience has moved on to their next engagement.
